Engine Removal Forecast
To effectively manage the TotalCare Services Agreement, it is essential that engine removals are planned to the fullest extent possible. A regular meeting will be held between the Customer Support Team and Customer to discuss engine removal forecasts.
As far as possible, engines should be removed in accordance with the agreed removal forecast. For Rolls-Royce and Customer obligations, refer to Schedule 5 Part 5 of the TotalCare Agreement.
Engine Removed
CustomerPowerplant notify R-R of engine removal. Provide required OFFLOG with notification within 10 days with the following requirements
Prepare Engine for Dispatch
CustomerPrepare engine in accordance with Transportation Standard and arrange transportation to OHB. Refer to the Engine Transportation section for detailed transportation requirements.
Provide Final Engine Data
CustomerSubmit Final Engine Data within 10 days of removal and provide Additional Services instructions if applicable
OHB Finalizes
OHBOverhaul base receives engine and finalizes induction slot
Conduct TRC
CombinedTechnical Review Committee conducted prior to engine induction
Engine Workscope Completed
CombinedFinal workscope agreed and executed
Engine Release
CustomerCustomer arranges engine transportation within the agreed timeframe of engine release
