It serves as the primary digital interface between the customer and Rolls-Royce for managing engine-related documentation, EMPs, and service communications.

Engine Management Programmes (EMPs)

Generic EMPs are published on Rolls-Royce Portal. Customer-specific EMP Acknowledgements are also managed through the portal.

Access to technical documentation, service bulletins, and related resources.

EMP Change Process

Requests for revision to Customer EMP can be submitted via the "Request Revision" function on Rolls-Royce Portal.

Communication

The portal serves as a channel for correspondence and technical support between the customer and Rolls-Royce.
